美国最近连续发生枪击案的枪声再次打破沉寂的美国社会。造成数十人伤亡，震惊美国政坛。震惊世界。我们担心美国已逐步沦落为恐怖的国家，成为恐怖分子杀人的游戏天堂，一个不断流血的伤痛！美国极力把它说成单纯是外来的恐怖影响所为。但人们的鲜血是不能简单地掩盖政策的严重缺失。我们相信大多善良无辜的人们在持枪者面前是弱者，他们会反对私人持有枪支，特别是大杀伤力的自动步枪。看来美国需要一场全民公投来打破枪商们的利益。

美国全国枪械协会(NRA)应该意识到现在的枪已完全不同以前，其中连发多子弹的自动步枪已形成对別人大杀伤力的武器，而不是护身自卫的武器。枪是人使用的，但坏人用这些自动步枪可以大大扩大杀伤力。得之容易，杀害别人也容易。再说如果一个社会连老百姓自身的安全都需要私人拥枪来自卫，那这个社会的治安能力也太成问题了。单发手枪进行自卫，还勉强说的过去，那么连发，大规模杀伤的自动步枪，除了打算用来杀害别人或黑社会火并外，还能干什么？如果私人拥有枪支，特别是连发自动步枪是非法的，理论上讲，就没有人有自动步枪来攻击善良无辜的人，因此就没有必要拥有自动步枪来进行自我保护。私人拥有自动步枪的论点，甚至可以轻易推出人们需要私人拥有坦克大炮来自卫。这是多么荒谬的理论？！

美国政府如果连自己的老百姓都不能很好地保护，还奢谈什么保卫世界和平！美国对外所采用的炮舰政策，到处使用军事武力进行干预，威胁和演习，炫耀军事力量，在世界中大量出售武器装备，从这些不怎么光彩的交易中大量获利，并在国内允许私人拥有枪支。这很说明问题。当然我们无法知道台下的具体利益交换，但我们可以观察谁是这些政策最大受益人。他们是武器商和制造枪支的企业。最大的受益者无疑总是最大的推动者。因此我们不无根据的就可以得出结论，美国国内外的政策已被武器商和武器制造企业所捆绑。他们通过各种台下台上的内幕或公开的交易左右国会和政府的政策制定者，美国中央政府也拿此毫无办法。

They are manipulating the some policy makers of the Congress and the Government through a variety of inside or public deals on and under the tables. The central Government cannot do anything about it.

Whether the U.S. government should first consider banning the private ownership of guns exceeding the range of self protection, such as guns with loading capacity more than 6 bullets, and with the shooting range exceeding 25 meters. By doing so, the government can well protect the innocent people and also reduce the profits of gun dealers, making the gun dealers cannot gain a lot of bloody profits out of these gun trading, and achieve to quit guns privately owned comprehensively like to quit smoking gradually.
